It is recommended to book at least 3–7 days in advance. During peak seasons (Lunar New Year, mid-year), booking 1–2 weeks ahead is advised.

2. What information should I prepare before the consultation? 咨询前需要准备什么资料？
The required information may vary depending on the type of consultation you choose.
In general, we will need the following basic details:

You can choose Zoom / Google Meet, WhatsApp call (voice), or face-to-face (depending on arrangements).

4. Can the consultation be recorded? 咨询可以录音吗？
Yes, clients may record the session for their own review.
With your explicit consent, we may also record the session for internal documentation or backup purposes. All recordings will be kept strictly confidential.

Cancellation by client: Full refund if 24 hours in advance; less than 24 hours can reschedule once. Refunds for unforeseen circumstances handled case by case.
个人原因取消：提前 24 小时可全额退款；少于 24 小时仅可改期一次。不可抗力情况另行安排。
8. Can I ask follow-up questions after the consultation? 如果咨询后还有问题可以再问吗？
You may ask 1–2 follow-up questions via WhatsApp within 3 days. In-depth inquiries require another appointment.

All courses are online and can be accessed anytime. Some advanced classes may include live sessions.

2. Can I access the course multiple times after purchase? 购买课程后可以无限次观看吗？
Yes, once purchased, courses come with long-term access (usually 6–12 months or lifetime, depending on the course).

PDF handouts, formula sheets, and exercises are provided. Some courses include charts or templates.

Refund available within 7 days if less than 20% of the course is viewed. No refunds after materials are downloaded.

6. Will I receive a Certificate of Completion? 课程会提供结业证书吗？
Selected courses provide a Certificate of Completion in electronic format after you have completed all modules and successfully passed the assessment.

Yes, accessible on phones, tablets, and computers.
